Key Role in Financial Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our organization and play a key role in strengthening our financial strategy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, developing and implementing financial plans, and ensuring the effective management of financial resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives;
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes;
  • Lead a team of finance professionals to ensure the effective delivery of financial services;
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
