  • You will ensure robust corporate systems and practices are in place to support business operations, statutory responsibilities, and strategic objectives.

The Director advises the Executive Director, Board, and Minister, and drives business improvement initiatives aligned to the evolving commercial, compliance, and service delivery environment.

You will shape the strategic direction and performance of the Corporate Services team and contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Leading and managing high-performing teams; building capability to achieve strategic goals.
  • Substantial experience in leadership and delivery of organisational outcomes within Information Technology, Financial Management, and corporate support services.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically build productive relationships, within and outside the agency.
  • High-level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and proven ability to interact and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, business, or equivalent.
