About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Group Director CCD. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Scentre Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Ensure the Group Director's schedule is effectively organized and time is optimized.
  • Board Paper Compilation: Compile, edit, and submit board papers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize large meetings and events, including offsites and team socials, ensuring seamless logistics and venue booking.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation, in consultation with other PAs, GMs, and asset team members.
  • Information Gathering and Reporting: Gather, organize, and report information to facilitate the successful execution of key business deliverables.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative sign-off and approval support, including tracking and follow-up as required, for OCA, CAPEX, Change of Status forms, JDE, P2P, and Converga.
Requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint.
  • Travel Arrangement and Expense Management: Working knowledge of travel arrangement and expense management systems preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with proven ability to business partner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills.
