Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a Rental Service Agent role, providing top-notch customer service and maintaining our fleet of campervans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth depot operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Reservations Management: Manage incoming reservations, welcome guests, and handle check-ins and check-outs in a professional manner;
  • Campervan Preparation and Maintenance: Prepare and clean our campervans to the highest standards;
  • Maintenance and Repair Coordination: Maintain our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime;
  • Guest Registration and Payment Processing: Register guests, monitor stock levels, and process payments efficiently;
  • Emergency Response and Complaint Resolution: Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Travel Enthusiasm and Industry Experience: You must be a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car; you should also be fluent in English;
  • Driver's License and Availability: You must hold a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in Australia; you should also be available to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • Responsibility and Problem-Solving Skills: You should be a responsible person who takes your work seriously and can be relied upon; you should also be well-organized and good at solving problems.
