About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Campervan Sales Representative. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of travel enthusiasts and provide exceptional service in Cairns, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming reservations and welcome guests upon arrival;
  • Prepare and clean our campervans to ensure they meet high standards;
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor maintenance needs for optimal depot operation;
  • Register guests, manage inventory, and process payments efficiently;
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • You possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences;
  • Previous experience in Tourism, Hospitality, or Rent-a-car is highly desirable;
  • You must be fluent in English and have a valid driver's licence;
  • You are available to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • You are responsible, reliable, and well-organized;
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled at problem-solving.
