Job Title: Rental Service Agent

 

  • We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team. As a Rental Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Maintaining a fleet of campervans in top condition is a key aspect of this role. This includes performing routine checks and arranging repairs as needed.
  • You will handle incoming reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to provide outstanding customer service.
  • This role involves processing payments, registering guests, and managing stock levels. You will also need to resolve complaints and troubleshoot emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car would be ideal for this role.
  • You must be fluent in English and possess a valid driver's license. The ability to drive a campervan is essential.
  • As we operate on weekends and public holidays, the successful candidate will need to be flexible with their working hours.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this position.
