As a leader in the hospitality industry, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Concierge to oversee our team and provide an outstanding experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of our concierge desk, bell desk, and porte cochere with precision and efficiency.
  • Lead a high-performing team of 30-40 members to deliver accurate and engaging information on property facilities, local attractions, transportation, and events.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with various teams to deliver a world-class arrival and departure experience that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement service standards, best practices, and procedures to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and reports.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an assistant or chief concierge in a luxury or five-star property is highly desirable.
  • A diploma in hospitality or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and guest interaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas is required.
