Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed business targets
- Conduct regular reviews to communicate objectives, set goals, and measure progress
- Motivate and develop your team to achieve high performance
- Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues
- Assist in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as required
- Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience in managing a retail team
- Ability to collaborate and inspire others
- Strong multitasking and relationship-building skills
