Job Summary

This role requires an expert-level HCM Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Workday solutions and implementation expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional results as a subject matter expert across multiple Workday products, specifically HCM and Talent modules.
  • Translate client business requirements into effective Workday configurations, utilizing prototype demonstrations to showcase value-adds.
  • Partner with clients to migrate their legacy data and requirements into the Workday solution, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Drive client success through Workday's proven solutions, fostering long-term relationships and delivering successful project outcomes.
  • Share product knowledge and best practices with colleagues, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and streamlined deployment processes.
About YouBasic Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of functional experience with HR & Payroll software solutions or systems.
  • Recent Australian Industry HR & Payroll experience is highly desirable.
  • Previous consulting experience in either professional services or internal consulting roles is essential.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar applications is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
Other Qualifications
  • Premium customer service skills are mandatory.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and business analysis skills are necessary.
  • The ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training is crucial.
  • Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time may be required.
