ERP HCM Implementation Specialist

A high-caliber ERP HCM implementation specialist is required to work on a long-term contract with a federal government client. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the ECC6.0 HCM module, encompassing public sector personnel administration, time management, organizational management, performance management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in translating business needs into functional requirements and design.
  • Support HCM team technical activities.
  • Resolve production incidents - HCM related, including helpdesk tickets.
  • Analyze business requirements.
  • Establish strong relationships within the ERP services group and with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of SAP HCM experience.
  • Strong expertise and knowledge of multiple areas of the ECC6.0 HCM module.
  • Australian public sector (APS) experience.
