Exceptional Restaurant Operations Leader Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and manage costs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members, as well as delivering outstanding customer experiences through positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same.
Key Responsibilities- Sales growth and cost management;
- Team management and development;
- Customer experience delivery;
- Operational excellence across all areas of the restaurant;
- A valid RSA license;
- Previous experience in a management role in a fast-paced food and beverage environment;
- AUS Working Rights;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and late nights;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS software;
- A proven track record of controlling and improving results;
- Immaculate grooming and personal presentation;
