Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead our front office team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's daily activities.
Main Responsibilities- Manage front office daily operations, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Ensure all team members are accurately completing their daily tasks through the use of checklists.
- Review all guest movements for the day, taking necessary action where required.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Review staffing levels to ensure service standards, operational needs, and financial targets are met.
- Proven experience in hotel operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Marriott brand standards.
