Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to optimize production efficiency by leading a team of maintenance fitters. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring maximum equipment availability in our production environment.


The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-speed packaging lines and proficiency with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). They will also possess strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of maintenance plans, ensuring tools, spares, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are readily available and up-to-date.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and manage engineering administration.
  • Lead problem-solving sessions, identify potential issues, and facilitate solutions.
  • Foster strong team dynamics, implement performance management, and maintain open communication.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards, implementing best practices for a safe work environment.

Requirements
  • Expertise in high-speed packaging lines (beverage experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with CMMS.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Previous experience working with external contractors and overseeing their performance.
  • Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Relevant Engineering and Maintenance Management qualifications.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
