We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Sales Representative to join our team at Onsite Rental Group PTY Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned portfolio or territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the existing customer base by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities aligned with business sales plans and strategies.
- Conduct regular cold calling and outreach to increase awareness of Onsite's product range and establish yourself as the lead point of contact.
- Prepare quotes for hire and support tender submissions to secure new business.
- Communicate effectively with the branch team to support sales activity and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Maintain accurate client data in our CRM system.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven sales experience in the hire or capital equipment industry, or a related field.
- The ability and willingness to cold call, in person and by phone, to identify new business opportunities.
- A record of success in attracting and retaining new business, with a strong focus on customer relationships and satisfaction.
- The capacity to work safely and autonomously in the field, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Resilience and the ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions, with a positive and professional attitude.
