About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated team leader to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our online fulfillment centre, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational requirements are met.

Your focus will be on safely leading a team, training and coaching your colleagues, and contributing to the successful fulfillment journey from product availability to pick, pack, and dispatch of customer orders.

This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail and warehousing leadership experience to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely lead a team and ensure operational requirements are achieved.
  • Train and coach team members to develop their skills and model Coles values and ways of working.
  • Effectively collaborate and work with others to foster a healthy culture and ensure team safety.
  • Contribute to the fulfillment journey, including order management systems and Microsoft office applications.

About You
  • Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment centre, online hub, or retail hub.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work with others with a strong focus on ensuring team safety and fostering a healthy culture.
  • Expertise in order management systems and Microsoft office applications is desirable.
