Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our online team in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our online fulfilment centre.

This role involves leading a team of professionals who work together to achieve common goals. You will be responsible for training and coaching your team members, developing their skills and knowledge, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and management. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

  • You will have a strong understanding of operational requirements and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with order management systems and Microsoft office applications is desirable.
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification is required.

About You and Your Skills
  • Proven experience as a Manager or Supervisor in a warehouse, logistics or fulfilment centre, online hub or retail hub.
  • Ability to effectively lead and coach team members, assisting in developing team skills that model Coles values and ways of working.
  • Collaboration skills to work well with others, focusing on team safety and fostering a healthy culture.
