Job Description:

Dymocks Tutoring is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Operations Manager to lead the sales and customer service activities for our virtual hub.

As an Online Operations Manager, you will oversee all sales and customer service activity, providing exceptional support to customers purchasing services from Dymocks Tutoring. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making customer sales calls
  • Taking customer service enquiries, including providing support with enrolments and access to online systems
  • General administration related to sales and customer service
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations across all locations

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales and customer support, a passion for sales, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and fulfilling customer needs.
