The online department plays a critical role in getting our orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to our customers in our vans.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department. You'll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that's welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop your team with leadership experience
- Take a collaborative approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs
- Ensure standards are met across visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management
- Be customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
- Drive a culture that recognises and celebrates success
