Relief Park Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Park Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily village operations, including kitchen management, grounds maintenance, and housekeeping.

  • Manage park operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Monitor and control labor costs and budgets.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies for park staff.
  • Recruit, train, and manage park staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accommodation management, preferably in a work-stay or village environment.
  • Mobility to travel occasionally to different locations, including remote areas.
  • Flexibility to work at various properties for varying durations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
  • Previous experience with RMS or similar system.
  • Knowledge and understanding of WHS responsibilities.
  • Current manual driver's license essential.
