Global HR Systems Administrator Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting and enhancing HR technology across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation) and Litmos.
  • Configure and update system settings, workflows, business rules, and security permissions to align system functionality with organisational requirements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with SAP/Litmos support and/or other vendors to resolve technical problems.
  • Oversee and manage all SAP/Litmos releases ensuring readiness for changes.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data through regular audits, data validation, and clean-up processes.
  • Oversee data imports, exports, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Design, generate, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR, management, and business decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify reporting needs and automate processes where possible.
  • Maintain report catalogues and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with HR teams to understand HR needs and provide solutions through system configuration.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
  • Lead or support HR systems projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and process redesigns.
  • Document and communicate changes to HR processes, policies, and system configurations.
  • Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support to HR staff and end-users.
  • Develop, update, and deliver training materials for HR users in consultation with the L&D function.
  • Facilitate user onboarding and ongoing learning to drive adoption and system proficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to HR data and system access.
  • Coordinate periodic audits of system access, data privacy, and information security.
  • Maintain documentation for system configuration, change management, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with SAP/Litmos and third-party vendors for system updates, enhancements, support, and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate add-ons and integrations to maximise system value.
