Enterprise HR Technology Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our enterprise HR technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver the HR solution architecture across multiple projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that systems are integrated, scalable, and aligned with organisational goals
  • Lead the end-to-end solution design for HR and associated modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Learning, etc.)
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement HR technology solutions, including cloud-based platforms
  • Develop integration architecture to connect HR with finance, payroll, workforce planning, and reporting systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Consultant specialising in HRIS
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce or similar)
  • Experience designing end-to-end architecture including integrations, data flows, and security
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and project teams
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, HR technology trends, and compliance requirements (e.g., data privacy, payroll legislation)
