As a member of our Success Plans Delivery Team, you'll focus on delivering tailored solutions that maximize customer value through innovative services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and engagement
  • Sharing expertise in industry best practices and system configurations
  • Developing and demonstrating system configuration solutions
  • Supporting multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects
  • Enjoying the reward of helping customers stabilize and optimize their HR applications
  • Participating in feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with HR configuration and implementation
  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience
  • HR certification and additional experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously and travel up to 10%
