Clinical Nurse Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role within the Department of Health (WA Health) that requires a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate assessment, processing, and allocation of patient referrals under the direction of the Nurse Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and process patient referrals in a timely and accurate manner
- Allocate referrals to the most suitable healthcare provider
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Registered Nurse with current registration
- Experience in a similar role or relevant healthcare experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
