Key Responsibilities- Assess and process patient referrals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Allocate referrals to the appropriate healthcare services or facilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient referrals.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, such as nursing or healthcare management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
