Student Enrolment Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Enrolment Partner to join our Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services Business Area at Chisholm Institute of TAFE.
As a Student Enrolment Partner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective students, responding to course enquiries, and facilitating enrolments. You will also be required to maintain accurate data in our client relationship management and student management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to course enquiries and provide accurate program/course advice to prospective students
- Confidently handle future student queries via various channels, including telephone, email, webchat, and social media
- Provide information and support to facilitate improved enrolment conversion, particularly within digital channels
- Enter and maintain accurate data into our client relationship management and student management systems
- Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure a constant flow of course/delivery area information
About You
You will be a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in communication, including the ability to lead and facilitate presentations using online tools. You will also possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent business and/or marketing experience.
