Indigenous Outreach and Future Student Liaison

Swinburne's Moondani Toombadool Centre is seeking a dedicated and experienced Indigenous Outreach and Future Student Advisor to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in inspiring and engaging with future Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students by managing student recruitment strategies, implementing improvements, and delivering a smooth entry process for VET, HE, and online Indigenous students.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with MTC partners, schools, and Indigenous organisations to increase Indigenous student enrolments through targeted marketing and recruitment activities.
- Provide course information and advice to potential and current Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
- Maintain relationships with external organisations and identify external marketing opportunities to promote MTC and Swinburne as the University of choice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Manage the collection of data for all outreach and on-campus future Indigenous students' engagement activities for reporting purposes.
You will be a recognised authority within the field, inspiring and attracting Indigenous students through schools and community engagement opportunities and platforms. You will also provide support and advice to all potential and current Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students aspiring to pathways for further study.
