Job Description

As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a vital role in empowering vulnerable and disabled individuals by providing tailored exercise plans that cater to their unique needs and abilities.

You will work closely with clients to assist them in achieving their health and fitness goals through physical activity, thereby enhancing their athletic performance and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive strength and fitness assessments, providing one-on-one exercise therapy sessions, developing treatment plans and recommending exercises to improve strength, fitness, and overall function, collaborating with other professionals to ensure the highest quality care for participants, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for NDIS participants.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Full registration as an accredited exercise physiologist with ESSA
  • At least 2 years of experience as an exercise physiologist
  • Preference given to those with experience in working with NDIS and/or aged care clients
