Paediatric Occupational Therapist | Clinic-Based

Join to apply for the Paediatric Occupational Therapist | Clinic-Based role at Illawarra Mercury.

Location: Coniston, New South Wales, Australia

Responsibilities
  • Combination of clinic and community work, with potential tailoring to preference
  • Opportunities to work in a school if interested
  • Work with clients aged 0-18, a mix of NDIS and Private clients
  • Provide individual and group therapy
Training & Development
  • Weekly Professional Development sessions on specific areas or complex cases
  • Weekly supervision offered for all team members
Benefits
  • Salaries between $75,000 – $98,000 + super + bonus incentives
  • Gradual increase in the number of clients seen per day based on experience
  • Access to 10+ consultation rooms and a fully kitted-out sensory gym
  • Travel limited to around 15 minutes from the clinic
  • Collaborative team of 7 Occupational Therapists with transdisciplinary support
  • Opportunities to engage with universities for research and further study
  • Dedicated time for non-clinical tasks
  • Flexible working hours and days, including RDOs
  • Provided laptop, access to iPads, software, and a shared resource drive with therapy materials
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • WWCC or ability to obtain one
  • All levels of experience are encouraged to apply
