Mobile Speech Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Mobile Speech Therapist to join our team of clinicians. This is an exciting opportunity for you to provide high-quality services to adults living in residential aged care and the community.

About the Role:
  • Assess and diagnose clients' swallowing and communication difficulties
  • Provide dysphagia and/or communication assessment and intervention
  • Liaise with our national team of Speech Therapists to ensure comprehensive care
  • Advocate for support for clients with communication difficulties
  • Collaborate with organisational staff, support coordinators, and colleagues to deliver optimal care outcomes
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to clients. This will involve:

  • Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Providing one-on-one therapy sessions
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
