About the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to fill a critical leadership role within our surgical services team. As a Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical education and leading professional development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate training programs that support nursing staff, students, and service needs
- Lead professional development initiatives, providing mentorship and evidence-based guidance
- Support service excellence and safety through data-driven insights and policy alignment
- Collaborate on strategic projects and contribute to research and innovation
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Proven experience in nursing education or staff development
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including change management and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate education programs
