Job Title: Global Mobility Transformation and Assignment Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Mobility Consultant to join our team, focusing on delivering expert advice on international workforce management.

This senior role involves working closely with clients to understand their global mobility needs, developing effective solutions to support their business objectives, and driving innovation in the field of global mobility.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise effectively with clients to deliver high-quality assignment briefings and review documentation packages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize program design and implementation, identifying process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to new business efforts through proposal development, staying current with global mobility trends and compliance.

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, or Sydney. Our roles can be adjusted to accommodate flexible work arrangements with reduced hours. Please discuss potential options with us.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in global mobility operations, a solid understanding of mobility policies and assignment allowance calculations, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
