Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead mobility programs, bring creative solutions to the market, and demonstrate excellent client relationship management skills.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Tax Support: Deliver end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions focused on employee mobility, supporting HR, payroll, and other teams throughout the assignment lifecycle to enhance talent mobility in a cost-effective manner.
  • Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers, provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work, and contribute to global workforce planning through innovative mobility solutions.
  • Tax Reporting & Compliance Expertise: Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements, and ensure compliance across employment tax categories including audit readiness and governance.

This role involves providing comprehensive tax support, driving cross-border strategy and innovation, and delivering tax reporting and compliance expertise. We need someone who can think creatively and develop effective solutions.
