Residential Care Team Lead

The Residential Service Leader is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of support workers in the delivery of quality care services. Key responsibilities include facilitating the integration and coordination of client care, operational management of the team, providing high-level service input, and monitoring systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs for Residential Support Workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to support staff to ensure high standards of client care.
- Analyze service delivery outcomes and make recommendations for process improvements.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who can lead our residential service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
