Residential Care Team Leader

The Deputy Residential Manager will lead the care team in delivering exceptional personal and clinical care to residents at a facility.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement an environment that enhances the security, welfare, and wellbeing of residents.
- Contribute positively to teamwork and promote a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational values.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective workflow.
- Comply with Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Degree in Nursing or tertiary qualifications in Aged Care.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Good interpersonal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a care team and provide quality care and support to frail aged people.
