Home Care Team Lead

The Residential Service Leader plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day delivery of quality care provision.
This includes working closely with the Service Manager to provide leadership, practice development and mentoring sessions to support workers.
The key responsibility is facilitating and monitoring the integration and coordination of client care, ensuring high standards at all times.
Operational management of a team of Residential Support Workers involves disciplinary measures, grievance, recruitment and selection, personal career development, statutory and mandatory training, and delegating tasks appropriately.
The Service Leader provides strategic input and advice to Stride staff and other stakeholders.
Monitoring and reviewing systems and processes used in Client Services enables analysis of service delivery outcomes and enhancements to support effectiveness for individuals with mental illness.
Key requirements include a degree or Diploma qualification in a relevant discipline, experience leading a team or as a Senior Support Worker, consultation and engagement skills, and proficiency in computer software and Microsoft office.
