Job Title: Console Operator

This is a key role in our organization where you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

The primary responsibilities include operating the console efficiently and accurately, greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming manner, handling transactions with precision and attention to detail, monitoring fuel pumps and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the fuelling area.

In addition, you will prepare and serve hot beverages and food items while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Your tasks also include assisting with restocking shelves, inventory management, and general store maintenance duties.

You will work independently during closing shifts from 7 PM onward, performing procedures such as reconciling the cash register, locking up, and securing the premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the console system efficiently and accurately.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Handle cash, card, and electronic transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Monitor fuel pumps and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the fuelling area.
  • Prepare and serve hot beverages and food items while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Assist with restocking shelves, inventory management, and general store maintenance duties.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions, flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and evenings, and a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture.

Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.

Availability:

We operate 7 days a week and require availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.

Hourly rate applies based on age, with those 20 years old and above receiving $33.99 per hour.
