We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate customer service professional to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their needs are met. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results-oriented service.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail and/or customer service experience, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. A valid driver's license is required, as driving may be necessary for certain duties. The successful individual will be available to work weekdays and be flexible to work other days if requested.
