Director Licensing and Accreditation

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director Licensing and Accreditation to lead our regulatory compliance efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of licensing and accreditation programs, systems, and processes that promote the integrity of regulated sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement licensing and accreditation programs, systems, and processes that meet regulatory requirements and promote industry best practices.
- Lead a responsive and risk-based approach to delegated licensing decision-making, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and industry standards.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with industry stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and other jurisdictions to drive best practice regulatory outcomes.
- Oversee the monitoring of risk-based compliance, ensuring that all licensing and accreditation activities are conducted in accordance with legislative requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement digital solutions to support the quality and standards of licensing and accreditation within the sector.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of regulatory compliance specialists, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that licensing and accreditation activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, and accreditation, with a strong understanding of industry standards and legislative requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and other jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex regulatory compliance issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and developments, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive best practice regulatory outcomes.
