We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Director to lead our clinic in Wollongong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the clinic, ensuring a high standard of client service, patient care, practice culture, and team motivation.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve clinical outcomes
• Lead and manage a team of veterinarians and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Minimum of 4 years post-graduation experience as a veterinarian
• Strong clinical leadership and management skills
• Proven ability to mentor junior staff and lead a team
• Comfort in consulting, diagnosing, and treating companion animals with autonomy
• Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC)
