Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental health assessments and investigations to identify potential hazards and risks
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate public and environmental health-related hazards and risks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of environmental health initiatives
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on environmental health-related matters
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to environmental health

Requirements

  • C Class Driver's license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health or a related field
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
  • Minimum two (2) years relevant post-graduate organizational experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Eligibility for membership/accreditation to Environmental Health Australia
