Project Overview:
The role of Senior Contracts Administrator is now available at a Global Contractor, working on a landmark Water Infrastructure Project in Sydney.
This company has over 50 years of global success and is known for delivering complex projects across road, rail, water, and utilities.
As a Senior CA, you will play a key role in overseeing the full contract lifecycle, supporting commercial outcomes, and liaising with project and client teams to ensure compliance, budget control, and reporting accuracy.
- End-to-end contract management and administration
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and variations management
- Subcontractor procurement and package administration
- Client liaison and stakeholder management
- Support monthly commercial reporting and project audits
Ideal Background:
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- 10+ years' experience in contract administration, preferably in civil infrastructure
- Experience working on projects over $50M with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of working within collaborative delivery models (e.g., alliances, D&C)
