Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our premium portfolio of aesthetic devices.

The Role

  • Develop and grow your territory through proactive lead generation, in-clinic demonstrations, and strategic account management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets across our premium portfolio of aesthetic devices.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by providing expert advice, product education, and tailored business solutions.
  • Identify new prospects and create customised proposals to meet their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' sales experience, ideally in medical aesthetics, capital equipment, or B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in both hunting for new business and nurturing existing accounts.
  • High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to travel across VIC and TAS as needed.
