We are seeking a skilled technician to work on the repair and overhaul of underground mining equipment in our Mackay workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintenance of underground associated mining gear
- Strip, overhaul, rebuild, and assemble mining equipment
- Interpret drawings and specifications to complete machinery assembly and rebuilds
The ideal candidate will possess a trade certificate, ability to pass a pre-employment medical, high risk licenses, dogman, and gantry crane certification (advantageous). Only candidates who reside locally in Mackay or are willing to provide their own accommodation will be considered. These roles start immediately.
