Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motorhome Operations Manager to join our team in Sydney. As the key point of contact for motorhome operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our motorhome fleet, including managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards, conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, collaborating with suppliers and vendors for parts sourcing, implementing quality control processes, monitoring customer feedback, and managing spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily motorhome operations, including management and supervision of a team of technicians
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards
  • Conduct regular motorhome fleet inspections and maintenance checks
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for parts sourcing
  • Implement quality control processes
  • Monitor customer feedback
  • Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a workshop supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the automotive or rental industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of motorhomes or RVs, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Proven experience in supervising a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Effective organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance standards relevant to motorhome operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers
