As the Workshop Supervisor l Leading Hand, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our motorhome/campervan fleet.
Your key responsibilities will include: oversee daily workshop operations, including managing and supervising a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards, conducting regular motorhome fleet inspections and maintenance checks, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, collaborating with suppliers and vendors for parts sourcing, implementing quality control processes, monitoring customer feedback, and managing spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory.Skills and QualificationsPrevious experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the automotive or rental industry.Strong technical knowledge of motorhomes or RVs, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Proven experience in supervising a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.Effective organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance standards relevant to motorhome operations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers.Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to workshop management.Joining our team comes with exciting perks, including:Competitive remuneration package comprising salary and allowancesAccess to complimentary product trials (Who's up for a Motorhome holiday?)Ongoing support and training initiativesProvided uniformsOpportunity to work within a dynamic business with significant growth prospectsEnjoy a supportive team culture that fosters growth and collaboration.About usTourism Holdings Limited operates the largest fleet of rental campervans, motorhomes, and 4WD vehicles in the world.
