Senior Fleet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our motorhome/campervan fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of technicians ensuring seamless daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards by conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance schedules effectively minimizing downtime
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for parts sourcing and procurement
  • Implement quality control processes ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage spare parts tools and equipment inventory efficiently
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the automotive or rental industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of motorhomes or RVs including comprehensive understanding of mechanics electrical systems and plumbing
  • Proven experience in supervising a team of technicians with effective organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to workshop management including fleet management systems
