Role Overview

This role is a customer-facing position that involves working with injured workers, employers, and other stakeholders to support recovery and return to work.

  • Deliver person-centered management approach to achieve exceptional recovery, return to work, and customer outcomes.
  • Identify biopsychosocial risk factors impacting injured workers' recovery and apply claims management strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to claims team members to influence positive claims outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of face-to-face and virtual interventions to injured workers and clients to drive return to work outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in claims management and return to work.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with various stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification or return to work certification in an appropriate discipline.
  • Leadership skills and ability to coach, mentor, and lead conversations to influence claims outcomes.
  • Practical understanding and experience in effective management of return to work.
