Job Description:

As a Mobile Return to Work Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting injured workers in their recovery and return to work. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification or certification in a relevant field, and experience in a similar role in the work cover industry. They will also possess leadership skills and the ability to coach, mentor, and influence outcomes.

  • Provide face-to-face and virtual intervention support to injured workers and clients.
  • Identify biopsychosocial risk factors impacting injured workers' recovery and return to work, and apply person-centered claims management strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to claims team members to improve claims outcomes.
  • Utilize workers' compensation knowledge and stakeholder management skills to achieve optimal service and return to work outcomes.
