Position Summary:

  • The successful candidate should possess a degree in building management, asset administration, or engineering services, or have equivalent project management experience.

  • Oversee minor capital projects such as roof renovations, refurbishments, and facility enhancements.
  • Key Duties: Define scope, manage costs, establish program baselines, mitigate risks, and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience in project management is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in project management are essential.
