About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Capital Works Projects Coordinator to join our Capital Program Delivery Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning, procurement, and delivery of minor capital works projects across our built-assets portfolio.



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and coordinate the planning, procurement, and delivery of minor capital works projects to achieve planned project outcomes.
  • Balance time, cost, quality, and stakeholder/client requirements in an agile environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.


Requirements



  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a built-assets or infrastructure context.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction, building maintenance, and property management practices would be highly regarded.
